Protective Covenants

Protective Covenants. Any protective covenant obligations that a Participant owes to a Company Entity, including but not limited to any confidential information, non-disclosure, non-competition, non-solicitation or non-disparagement covenants set forth in an employment or other agreement between the Participant and a Company Entity.
