Protein Products

Protein Products. Shall mean therapeutic or prophylactic products based on [**]proteins that are developed [**] or in the performance of the Research Program (or developed from work done by AEGERA or McGill which has been funded by CURIS under this Agreement) on the [**] which [**] into various tissues and organs such that the [**] protein itself is used (in lieu or in combination with a [**]) to promote repair, replacement, regeneration, or augmentation of function of any tissue or organ.
