Example Definitions of "Protocol"
Protocol. For each Study, the written documentation that describes such Study and sets forth specific activities to be performed as part of the conduct of such Study. The final Protocol shall be agreed as set forth in Section 4.1.
Protocol. A written protocol, approved in writing by Synthorx, detailing the instructions for conducting a particular Project (or portion thereof). Each Protocol shall be attached to the applicable Work Order and incorporated therein. A Protocol may only be amended upon Synthorx's written approval, which such amendment shall be attached to the original Protocol and incorporated therein.
Protocol. A written protocol created for a particular Study as set forth in the Study Plan, that will be used in the Study.
Protocol. A written protocol created pursuant to Section 5.1 for a particular Study, that describes such Study and sets forth specific activities to be performed as part of such Study, as such protocol may be amended from time to time by the SCC.
