Example Definitions of "Protocol"
Protocol. With respect to any Study, the written document specified as such that describes the Study and sets forth specific activities to be performed in connection with the Study, as may be amended by THE SPONSOR from time to time. In the context of a particular Study, reference herein to "the Protocol" means the Protocol for the Study
Protocol. The plans for clinical trials numbered BMRN PKU-001, BMRN PKU-003, BMRN PKU-004 that have been previously provided to CRO and are incorporated herein by reference and any other protocol attached hereto that is the subject of a Scope of Work. The title pages for Protocols BMRN PKU-001, BMRN PKU-003, BMRN PKU-004 are attached hereto as Exhibit A
Protocol. Shall mean the protocol to the Convention on Matters Specific to Aircraft Equipment.
Protocol. The protocol No. ISIS 420915-CS2 entitled "A Phase 2/3 Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled Study to Assess the Efficacy and Safety of ISIS 420915 in Patients with Familial Amyloid Polyneuropathy" for the conduct of the Phase 2 PoC Trial which was submitted to the FDA on [***], as may be amended from time to time pursuant to Section 7 of this Amendment.
Protocol. The particular written protocol including the clinical testing procedures, conditions, and instructions for conducting a particular Study.
Protocol. For each Study, the written documentation that describes such Study and sets forth specific activities to be performed as part of the conduct of such Study. The final Protocol shall be agreed as set forth in Section 4.1.
Protocol. A written protocol created for a particular Study as set forth in the Study Plan, that will be used in the Study.
