Prototype

Prototype. Shall mean a prototype that integrates an Intellon prototype silicon chip provided by Intellon with the SURFboard DOCSIS Cable Modem Platform, which prototype is intended to demonstrate Intellon's powerline-based home networking capability as a communication system for potential use in MOTOROLA BCS's digital cable internetworking products, including set-top terminals, cable modems and IP telephony devices.

Prototype. Shall mean a pre-production or pilot prototype, engineering or design sample, or production verification prototype.

Prototype. Means a fully constructed version of the Product. Cragar shall inspect and have the right to accept or reject the Prototype as set forth in Section 6.

Prototype. Means up to fifteen (15) prototype(s) of the Product to be made by TechniScan and delivered to Womens3D in accordance with the Specifications for use by Womens3D in connection with tests and approvals (regulatory or otherwise) and Final Product development through the Prototype Phase and the Final Product Phase.

Prototype. Means a pre-production prototype of the Licensed Product which incorporates the design changes described in Section 9.3 and any other design changes required by STERN's Notified Body.

Prototype. Means a proposed Nutanix Product developed for evaluation and testing purposes and Nutanix's internal use only.

Prototype. A pre-production or pilot unit of a Product, including without limitations to, an engineering sample, design sample, or production verification sample
