Providence Director

Providence Director. Shall mean an individual elected to the Board of Directors who has been nominated or appointed by the Providence Stockholders pursuant to this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, Scott Marimow shall be deemed to have been nominated or appointed, as applicable, by the Providence Stockholders pursuant to this Agreement.
