PROVIGIL. Shall mean Cephalon's Provigil® (modafinil) product for the improvement of wakefulness in patients with excessive sleepiness associated with narcolepsy, obstructive sleep apnea/hypopnea syndrome, and shift work sleep disorder in all dosages and for all indications approved by FDA at any time during the Term. 1.44.
