ProXPRESS Imager

ProXPRESS Imager. Shall mean the ProXPRESS proteomic imaging system manufactured by PKI and associated reagents and competitive fluorescent dyes as branded and private label pursuant to this Agreement. In the event that during the Term, PKI offers any modified, upgraded or replacement ProXPRESS Imager, such product shall automatically be deemed a "ProXPRESS Imager".
