PRSB Monthly Supplemental Retirement Income. An amount equal to (a) minus (b) where: (a) equals the monthly amount of the Surviving Spouse Benefit payable under the Retirement Plan which the Spouse or Domestic Partner would receive if the Restrictions as reflected in the Retirement Plan and the Code were not in effect and as if a Domestic Partner were treated as a Spouse; and (b) equals the monthly amount of Surviving Spouse Benefit the Spouse or Domestic Partner will actually receive under the Retirement Plan.
