Prudential Affiliate

Prudential Affiliate. Means (i) any corporation or other entity controlling, controlled by, or under common control with, Prudential either directly or through subsidiaries and (ii) any managed account or investment fund which is managed by Prudential or a Prudential Affiliate described in clause (i) of this definition.
