PS Agreement

PS Agreement. Means the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, dated as of March 1, 2003, among American Business Credit, Inc., as Servicer, Bear Stearns Asset Backed Securities, Inc., as Depositor, and JPMorgan Chase Bank, as Trustee, Back-up Servicer and Collateral Agent, without regard to any amendment or supplement thereto unless such amendment or supplement has been approved in writing by the Insurer.
