Example Definitions of "Public Company"
Public Company. Means a company whose securities are registered pursuant to Section 12(b) or 12(g) of the Securities Exchange Act.
Public Company. Means a company the Common Stock of which is registered under the Exchange Act.
Public Company. Means a company (i) which is subject to the reporting requirements of Section 15(d) of the Securities Exchange Act or (ii) any of whose securities are registered pursuant to Section 12(b) or 12(g) of the Securities Exchange Act.
Public Company. Shall mean any entity issuing any class of equity securities that is required to be registered under Section 12 or 15 of the 1934 Act.
