Public Market Capitalization

Public Market Capitalization. Shall mean the closing price of the common stock of a publicly traded company multiplied by the number of the then issued and outstanding shares of the common stock of the said company, on a fully diluted basis, as reported in the company's year-end filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
