Publicly Available Software.
Means Shall mean each of
(a) (i) any software that contains, or is derived in any manner (in whole or in part) from, any software that is distributed as free software, open source software
(e.g., Linux), (e.g. Linux) or
pursuant to similar licensing
and or distribution models; and
(b) (ii) any software that requires as a condition of use,
modification, modification and/or distribution of such software that
such software or other software
incorporated into, derived from, or distributed with such
... software (i) (a) be disclosed or distributed in source code form; (ii) (b) be licensed for the purpose of making derivative works; or (iii) (c) be redistributable at no or minimal charge. Publicly Available Software includes, without limitation, software licensed or distributed pursuant to under any of the following licenses or distribution models, or licenses or distribution models similar to any of the following: GNU (a) GNU's General Public License (GPL) or Lesser/Library GPL (LGPL); the (LGPL), (b) The Artistic License (e.g. PERL); (e.g., PERL), (c) the Mozilla Public License; License, (d) the Netscape Public License; License, (e) the Sun Community Source License (SCSL) or (SCSL), and (f) the Sun Industry Source Standards License (SISL); and the Apache Software License.
