Example Definitions of "Publicly Traded Equity Interest"
Publicly Traded Equity Interest. Means (i) any Equity Interest that is traded on any securities exchange or is quoted in any publication or electronic reporting service maintained by the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc., or any of its successors or (ii) any Equity Interests sold in any offering under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, so long as such Equity Interests are beneficially held by no less than one hundred (100) unrelated persons or entities.
Publicly Traded Equity Interest. Any Equity Interest that is traded on any securities exchange or is quoted in any publication or electronic reporting service maintained by the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc., or any of its successors.
