Example Definitions of "Publicly Traded Securities"
Publicly Traded Securities. Means publicly traded securities of a company with a public float of at least $250,000,000 which are listed on a national securities exchange or the Nasdaq Stock Market. As used in this definition, "public float" means the aggregate value of all shares of capital stock of a company held by shareholders other than (i) shareholders owning more than five percent (5%) of all shares of capital stock of such company and (ii) directors or executive officers of such company.
