Example Definitions of "Publicly Traded Securities"
Publicly Traded Securities. Shall mean any security that is traded on the New York Stock Exchange, American Stock Exchange or the Nasdaq National Market.
Publicly Traded Securities. Means publicly traded securities of a company with a public float of at least $250,000,000 which are listed on a national securities exchange or the Nasdaq Stock Market. As used in this definition, "public float" means the aggregate value of all shares of capital stock of a company held by shareholders other than (i) shareholders owning more than five percent (5%) of all shares of capital stock of such company and (ii) directors or executive officers of such company.
