Punch List Items

Punch List Items. Incomplete items of work and adjustment of equipment and fixtures in the Replacement Premises, provided that the incompleteness of such items, and Landlord's completion thereof, does not cause material interference with Tenant's use of the Replacement Premises for the Permitted Use.
