PUR Granted Interests

PUR Granted Interests. Any and all interests of any type or kind including, without limitation, any license, sublicense, covenant not to sue, pledge, mortgage or security interest or Intellectual Property Rights in, to or concerning any Histogen Asset. A complete list of all PUR Granted Interests are provided on the attached Schedule I and each person and entity listed thereon as a holder of such interest is a "PUR Granted Interest Holder"
