Purchase and Contribution Agreement. Either or both of (i) the Purchase and Contribution Agreement, dated as of June 26, 1998, among Pilgrim's Pride, the Servicer and the Seller, as amended through the date hereof and as the same may be modified, supplemented, amended and amended and restated from time to time in accordance with the Transaction Documents and (ii) each Purchase Agreement, as the same may be modified, supplemented, amended and amended and restated from time to time in accordance with the Transaction Documents.
