Purchase Options

Purchase Options. Means the Debtor's options to purchase the Chicago Property, as evidenced by those certain Options to Purchase between Debtor, as optionee and Ram Assets, LLC ("Ram") and American National Bank and Trust Company of Chicago, not individually but as Trustee under Trust Agreement dated December 1, 1986 and known as Trust No. 101034-06 ("ANB"), as optioners, respectively, thereunder.
