Purchase Plan
Purchase Plan. For each fiscal year under this Agreement, the COO shall present a proposed purchase plan to the Independent Committee setting forth (i) a schedule of the goods to be purchased from Birks for that fiscal year and (ii) the cost of such goods (a "Purchase Plan").
