Purchase Price Value

Example Definitions of "Purchase Price Value"
Purchase Price Value. Shall mean: $10.00 in the case of each share of Common Stock, appropriately adjusted for any stock split, stock dividend, combination, recapitalization or the like involving such class.
Purchase Price Value. Shall mean: (a) $1.00, in the case of a share of Class A Stock, (b) $81.00, in the case of a share of Class L Stock and (c) $100.00, in the case of a share of Preferred Stock, in each case appropriately adjusted for any stock split, stock dividend, combination, recapitalization or the like involving such class.
Purchase Price Value. Shall mean, with respect to each Customer Contract listed on Annex I hereto, the portion of the Purchase Price attributable to such Customer Contract.
Purchase Price Value. Shall mean: (a) $8.0556, in the case of a share of Common Stock, and (b) $8.0556, in the case of a share of Preferred Stock, in each case appropriately adjusted for any stock split, stock dividend, combination, recapitalization or the like involving such class.
Purchase Price Value. Shall have the meaning given to such term in the Participation, Registration Rights and Coordination Agreement.
