Purchased Securities. Will continue to be Purchased Securities in the hands of any holder other than Executive (except for the Company and the Investors and except for transferees in a Public Sale (as defined in the Securityholders Agreement)), and except as otherwise provided herein, each such other holder of Purchased Securities will succeed to all rights and obligations attributable to Executive as a holder of Purchased Securities hereunder.
