Purchased Shares

Purchased Shares. Shall mean all shares of Stock held by a Manager that were purchased by the original holder thereof in connection with the Closing or subsequent thereto, whether upon exercise of an Option or otherwise.

Purchased Shares. Has the meaning set forth in the recitals above.

Purchased Shares. The full Shares issued or delivered pursuant to the exercise of Options under the Plan

Purchased Shares. Shall mean the Initial Shares, Warrant Shares and Optional Warrant Shares.

Purchased Shares. Means the shares of Common Stock, which are to be issued to the Purchaser at the Closing, the total number of which is to be determined by adding 100,000 to the number obtained when dividing $5,000,000.00 into the weighted average daily closing price of the Common Stock on the New York Stock Exchange (or if such shares are not traded on the New York Stock Exchange such other exchange on which the Company's Common Stock is principally traded ) during the ten trading days ending three trading... days prior to the Closing.
