Purchaser Counsel

Purchaser Counsel. Means each counsel designated by each Holder and set forth in a written notice to the Company. Mainfield Enterprises, Inc. has initially designated Proskauer Rose LLP as its Purchaser Counsel.

Purchaser Counsel.
