Purchaser Parties. Purchaser, its participants, predecessors, successors and assigns and its present and previous agents, attorneys, representatives, shareholders, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, and each of them.
Purchaser Parties. Means the Purchasers, their affiliates and their respective directors, officers, members, shareholders, partners, employees, representatives, attorneys and agents.
