Purchaser Products

Purchaser Products. (i) The services provided or products existing, manufactured, sold, offered for sale, leased, licensed, or brokered by a Purchaser or its Affiliates prior to or as of the date of a Purchase; and/or (ii) the evolution of such Purchaser's (or its Affiliates') prior or existing products or services (as described in subpart (i) of this Section) after a Purchase.
