Purchaser Shares

Purchaser Shares. Shall mean the 36,000,000 fully paid and non-assessable post-split common shares of the Purchaser, to be issued to the Vendor by the Purchaser on the Closing Date;

Purchaser Shares. Means shares of common stock of Purchaser, par value [$.01] per share.

Purchaser Shares. Shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto.

Purchaser Shares. Has the meaning given it in the recitals of this Agreement.

Purchaser Shares. With respect to each Purchaser Stockholder as follows: (i) all shares of capital stock of the Purchaser Beneficially Owned by such Purchaser Stockholder as of the date of this Agreement; and (ii) all shares of capital stock of the Purchaser of which such Purchaser Stockholder acquires Beneficial Ownership during the period from the date of this Agreement through and including the Expiration Date, including, without limitation, in each case, shares issued upon the conversion, exercise or... exchange of Options. Purchaser Shares. Means the shares of Common Stock issued to the Purchasers pursuant to the Stock Purchase Agreement (for purposes of clarity, Purchaser Shares does not include the shares of Common Stock issued to the Excluded Investors pursuant to the Stock Purchase Agreement)
