Purchaser

Purchaser. Means the person identified on the Quote as the purchaser of the Equipment;

Purchaser. Shall have the meaning given to that term in the preamble.

Purchaser. Theragenics Corporation, a Delaware corporation ("Purchaser").

Purchaser. Has the meaning assigned to such term in the introductory paragraph to this Agreement.

Purchaser. Means a purchaser of Offered Shares and "Purchasers" means all of the purchasers of the Offered Shares;

Means a Purchaser or any transferee or assignee thereof to whom a Purchaser assigns its rights under this Agreement and who agrees to become bound by the provisions of this Agreement in accordance with Section 8 and any transferee or assignee thereof to whom a transferee or assignee assigns its rights under this Agreement and who agrees to become bound by the provisions of this Agreement in accordance with Section 8.

Purchaser. Has the meaning ascribed to such term in the Recitals.

Purchaser. Hospira or a Hospira Subsidiary or designee that shall purchase the Delayed Ex-U.S. Commercial Assets and assume the Delayed Ex-U.S. Commercial Liabilities at the Local Closing.

Purchaser. Means an Employee who is granted a Stock Purchase Right.
