Purchaser

Purchaser. Defined in the preamble to this Agreement, and shall include Purchaser's successors by merger, acquisition, reorganization or otherwise

Purchaser. Is defined in the opening paragraph of this Agreement

Purchaser. Has the meaning given in the introductory paragraph hereto;

Purchaser. Or "Purchasers" has the meaning set forth in the recitals.

Purchaser. Means PHOENIX PLUS CORP (Entity No. E0517742018-6), a company incorporated in the Nevada with its registered address at 2-3 & 2-5 Bedford Business Park, Jalan 3/137b, Batu 5, Jalan Kelang Lama, 58200 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia;

Purchaser. Has the meaning assigned to it in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement.

Purchaser. Means a party to this Agreement in its capacity as a purchaser of Products from the other party.

Purchaser. Means a person who, as an employee, director or independent contractor of the Company, a Subsidiary or an Affiliate, has been granted a Purchase Right.

Purchaser. Shall mean, (i) for purposes of the First Closing, Presencia, and (ii) for purposes of the Second Closing, Presencia and/or its designee(s) as specified in the Election Notice and approved by PVI Holding, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed.

Purchaser. Shall mean the purchaser or purchasers parties subscribing for Units in the Offering.
