Purchasers or Purchaser

Purchasers or Purchaser. Shall mean Low and Smithfield and, if applicable, any transferee or assignee thereof to whom the rights under this Agreement are assigned in accordance with Section 7(c) hereof, provided that the shareholder or such transferee or assignee shall then own the Registrable Securities.
