Purchasers

Purchasers. Are defined in the preamble.

Purchasers. Shall mean: (i) the purchasers of the Company's previously issued Series A Preferred Stock, Series B Preferred Stock, Series C Preferred Stock, Series D Preferred Stock, and Series E Preferred Stock pursuant to the applicable Investment Agreement and (ii) the purchasers of the Company's Series F Preferred Stock to be issued pursuant to the Series F Agreement.

Purchasers. Has the meaning set forth in the first paragraph of this ---------- Warrant Agreement.

Purchasers. Has the meaning set forth in the preface above.

Purchasers. Means the CAI Entities and Numberco, and "PURCHASER" means any one of them;

Purchasers. Shall mean the Purchasers named in Schedule 1 to the Purchase Agreement.

Purchasers. Has the meaning given to such term in the Recitals.

Purchasers. Shall mean Lehman Brothers Inc. and Banc of America Securities LLC.
