PUT HOLDER PERCENTAGE

PUT HOLDER PERCENTAGE. Means with respect to any Put Holder, the percentage figure which expresses the ratio, on a fully diluted basis, between (A) the aggregate amount of Put/Call Shares held by such Put Holder, and (B) the aggregate amount of Purchased Securities and Put/Call Shares.
