Put Option

Put Option. Has the meaning set forth in paragraph 8A.

Put Option. Means the RM Put Option, as described in Article 3 of the ------------ Stock Restriction and Rights Agreement dated July 9, 1997 (the "Stock Agreement'), between Rhone Merieux S.A. (now known as Merial S.A.S.) and Synbiotics.

Put Option. Means the Joseph LLC Put Option and the Karin LLC Put Option, collectively.

Put Option. Means the obligation of the Company or Lowerco, upon thirty (30) days notice from Optionee, to use commercially reasonable efforts to repurchase for cash the Shares acquired by Optionee (or Optionee's Beneficiary) upon exercise of the Option with respect to one or more Units at the then Fair Market Value of such Shares; provided, however, that any Shares subject to the Put Option shall have been held by Optionee (or Optionee's Beneficiary) for at least six months.
