QS-21 Vaccine(s). During the term of the License Agreement, the Licensed Vaccines, and after expiration of a Valid Claim of the Licensed Patent Rights covering the applicable Vaccine product, QS-21 Vaccines means any Vaccine product of GSK or its Affiliates or Third Party Sublicensees formulated using QS-21.
