Quaker Chemical Corporation and all of its past or present corporate parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and divisions, and all of its respective past, present, and future directors, officers, principals, employees, agents, representatives, attorneys, joint ventures, predecessors, successors, beneficiaries, grantees, vendees, transferees and assigns, and all other Persons acting on its behalf with respect to the events, transactions, or occurrences that are the subject of this Agreement.
