Example Definitions of "Qualified Appraiser"
Qualified Appraiser. Means an appraiser, who is not Affiliated with the Fund or its 3 Affiliates, who has at least ten (10) years of commercial real estate appraising experience in the geographic area of the applicable Property and with respect to properties of a similar type as the Property and who is MAI certified.
