Qualified Comanager. Means, with respect to any calendar year, one of the ten highest ranked investment banks in the United States from the previous calendar year, based on the total number of completed initial public offerings in the United States (as published by Commscan or, if Commscan ceases to publish such transaction statistics, Bloomberg, L.P. or another nationally recognized financial research organization).
