Qualified Domestic Relations Order

Qualified Domestic Relations Order. Shall mean a qualified domestic relations order as defined in the Code, in Title I of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, or in the rules Page 2 and regulations as may be in effect from time to time thereunder.

Qualified Domestic Relations Order. A domestic relations order which the Plan Administrator has determined constitutes a qualified domestic relations order within the meaning of section 414(p) of the Code.

Qualified Domestic Relations Order. A qualified domestic relations order as defined in Section 414(p)(1)(B) of the Code that satisfies the conditions of Section 414(p)(1)(A) of the Code.

Qualified Domestic Relations Order. Means a qualified domestic relations order as defined in Code Section 414(p), Section 206(d)(3) of Title I of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, or in the rules and regulations as may be in effect from time to time thereunder.
