Qualified Employee

Example Definitions of "Qualified Employee"
Qualified Employee. Means a person who is employed full-time by FiberNet on the Change in Control Date in the position of Vice President, Senior Vice President or President.
Qualified Employee. Means (a) a person who is employed by ATG on the first date on which a Change in Control occurs. As noted above, this Policy does not alter any aspect of the relationship between ATG and any employee or former employee except as explicitly provided by this Policy.
Qualified Employee. A Participant employed by the Company who has at least 5 years of service at the time of Separation from Service.
Qualified Employee. Means an employee of either Omnicom or an Omnicom Affiliate scheduled to work Full Time on a recurring and consistent weekly or monthly basis with no defined or expected end date for his or her employment. For the avoidance of doubt, an employee who is on a leave of absence approved by Omnicom or the Company shall continue to be deemed a Qualified Employee during such leave.
