Qualified Obligations. (a) in the case of each Creditor Group holding Term Credit Obligations, all principal Obligations owed to such Creditor Group which are outstanding immediately prior to the delivery of a Trigger Notice, together with interest, fees, premiums, indemnification claims, and reasonable costs and expenses allocable to such principal, whether arising before or after a Trigger Event; (b) in the case of each Creditor Group holding Revolving Credit Obligations, all principal Obligations owed to such...
