Qualified Option

Qualified Option. Shall mean any Option that is intended to qualify as an "incentive stock option" within the meaning of Section 422 of the Code.

Qualified Option. Means any Option that is intended to qualify as an "incentive stock option" within the meaning of Section 422 of the Code. The Committee shall cause each Option granted hereunder to be clearly designated in the Option Agreement, at the time of grant, as to whether or not it is intended to be a Qualified Option.

Qualified Option. Means a stock option granted under this Plan which qualifies as an incentive stock option under Section 422 of the Code.

Qualified Option. Shall mean a stock option granted under the French Options Sub-Plan to: (i) acquire shares of Stock repurchased by the Company prior to the date on which the option becomes exercisable (hereinafter a "purchase stock option); and (ii) subscribe to newly-issued shares of Stock (hereinafter a "subscription stock option).
