Example Definitions of "Qualified Option"
Qualified Option. Shall mean any Option that is intended to qualify as an "incentive stock option" within the meaning of Section 422 of the Code.

The Committee shall cause each Option granted hereunder to be clearly designated in the Option Agreement, at the time of grant, as to whether or not it is intended to be a Qualified Option.
