Qualified Options and Convertibles

Qualified Options and Convertibles. Means options to acquire Ribapharm Capital Stock or securities convertible into Ribapharm Capital Stock which are not exerciseable or convertible until the later of (i) three years from the date of this Agreement or (ii) completion of the Distribution.

Qualified Options and Convertibles. Means options to acquire Ribapharm Capital Stock (which are not exerciseable until after the earlier of (i) September 30, 2003 or (ii) completion of the Distribution) and securities convertible into Ribapharm Capital Stock (which are not convertible until completion of the Distribution).
