QUALIFIED PRODUCT
QUALIFIED PRODUCT. Means a Product so identified on Exhibit A (Products). Only net license revenue to VERITAS from Solutions Provider's purchases of Qualified Product may be counted towards the Annual Sales Target, as further described in Exhibit B (Program Requirements, Program Benefits and Terms).
