Qualifying Family Member

Qualifying Family Member. Shall mean (i) the participant's spouse or children (including adopted children and step children) or (ii) a trust established for the exclusive benefit of such spouse and/or children who has been transferred options under the Plan pursuant to Section 15 hereof.
