Quality Metric. That all Company-owned manufacturing sites are at least at a "voluntary action indicated" status with the FDA and, if the FDA has not inspected any such sites, then there has been third-party verification that all Company-owned manufacturing sites that were in "official action indicated" status prior to January 1, 2020 have effectively completed all corrective actions committed to FDA and are otherwise in substantial compliance with all FDA requirements.
