Quality Plan

Quality Plan. Shall mean the mutually agreed upon in-process and final product test and inspection plans as set forth in Exhibit D.

Quality Plan. Shall include all documentation, processes and procedures necessary to manufacture, inspect, and accept Products as well as delivery and service the Products. The Quality Plan includes (1) IQA inspection and ECO control of material, (2) manufacturing and process procedures, and (3) manufacturing process control and quality control systems.

Quality Plan. Shall include all documentation, processes and procedures necessary to repair, inspect, and test Products. The Quality Plan includes (1) IQA inspection and ECO control of material; (2) repair and process procedures; and (3) repair process control and quality control systems.

Quality Plan. The mutually agreed upon quality plan that details specific understandings related to product quality which is hereto attached as Appendix B and incorporated herein by this reference, as such Quality Plan may be amended from time to time by agreement of the parties in writing
