Quality Systems

Quality Systems. Shall mean the regulatory, manufacturing, quality control and quality assurance procedures, processes, practices, standards, instructions and any other attributes that the parties agree upon or that are otherwise required in connection with the manufacture of Materials (including, without limitation any requirements set forth in the Quality Agreement), as set forth in Exhibit D hereto (as such Exhibit may be amended by mutual agreement of Purchaser and Supplier from time to time)
