Quality/Technical Agreement

Quality/Technical Agreement. Or QTA means a separate agreement, executed subsequent to this Agreement, between the Parties which shall be incorporated herein by reference, and which sets forth, among other things, the quality control and quality assurance terms for the Product.

Quality/Technical Agreement. Or "QTA" means a separate agreement, executed subsequent to this Agreement, between the Parties which shall be incorporated herein by reference, and which sets forth, among other things, the quality control and quality assurance terms for the Product. In case of a discrepancy between this Agreement and the Quality/Technical Agreement, as to quality and technical matters the terms of the Quality/Technical Agreement shall govern, otherwise the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail.
