Quantum Copyrights

Quantum Copyrights. Shall mean any and all copyrights, both registered and unregistered, in or to artistic and literary works (including Materials, Programs and Documentation) owned or Licensable by Quantum or any of its Subsidiaries as of the Separation Date, and which would be infringed by anyone developing, using, manufacturing, selling, marketing, licensing, creating Derivative Works of, reproducing, displaying, performing or distributing HDD Products.
